Outreach
The Outreach committee seeks to aid groups on both a one-time basis and as an on-going ministry. Good Shepherd was instrumental in the begninning of the Soup Kitchen and Project Dignidad. We support both of these with monthly gifts. Members participate in Habitat for Humanity projects (Good Shepherd built the first house in San Angelo for Habitat for Humanity), in Christmas in April, and in service projects to our parishioners and others. Please call the Vestry person who is the liaison for Outreach with special needs you are aware of in the parish, the community, and the world.. |
